Police are currently at the scene of an incident on the northbound carriageway of the M11 at J7 (Harlow).
Police were called shortly after 6.10pm today (Saturday October 4) with reports that a man was found in the carriageway with serious head injuries. This was at the approach of the exit slip road to junction 7 for Harlow. He has been taken to hospital for treatment.
The M11 has been closed northbound between junctions 6 and 7 while investigations are carried out. Motorists are advised to use alternative routes as delays are likely.
