Brinkley, 23, was last known to be living in Northbrooks, Harlow. He is also sometimes known as Ricky Glen.

He failed to attend Harlow police station on December 14 in respect of an investigation in to a vehicle taken without the owner’s consent.

He is also wanted for breaching a non-molestation order on December 23.
