MINI sagas created by mini writers are being published in a book.

The Year 1 to 6 pupils at Cooks Spinney Primary School, in Cooks Spinney, Harlow, took up the challenge of writing 100-word mini saga stories, starting with Once Upon A Time.

A total of 128 of the children’s stories have been picked to be published in a book, by Young Writers.

Amy Dias, assistant head of school, said: “This is the second writing competition we have entered and the children are motivated by having the opportunity to have their work published.”

The successful children have also received certificates.
