Three men charged over drug offences in Harlow

THREE men from Harlow have been charged with drugs offences.

They were arrested in Crown Gate on May 15, 2015.

Ian McIlhargeh, 44, unemployed, of Little Catins, Harlow, and Karl Armstrong, 33, unemployed, of Taylifers, Harlow, were charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine.

McIlhargeh is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on October 7.

Armstrong is due to appear at the same court on October 12.

Brian Luminsa, 20, unemployed, of Berecroft, Harlow, was charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine and possession of cannabis.

He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on October 7.

Anyone with concerns about drug dealing in the Harlow area is asked to contact police on 101.
