ESSEX Police are looking to trace Oscar Ossou, 19, who they would like to speak to in connection with Class A drug offences.

Oscar, is also known as Marcus, and is believed to be in the Harlow area at the moment.

He has failed to meet police bail and is also wanted for failing to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on June 8 this year.

He is 6ft 3ins tall and is described as slim.
