Man charged over crack and heroin possession in Arkwrights

A MAN from London is due to appear in court this morning (Thursday, August 4) charged with class A drugs offences.

Paul Ola of Shipman, Road, London will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court charged with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and possession with intent to supply heroin.

The 18-year-old was arrested after officers from Operation Raptor executed a warrant at an address in Arkwrights, Harlow at just before 4pm on Wednesday, August 3, 2016.

A 41-year-old woman from Harlow was also arrested on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug. She has been released on bail pending further investigation until October 31, 2016.

Operation Raptor teams have been created in the North, South and West Local Policing Areas to detect and disrupt gangs who travel to Essex to deal drugs and cause violence.
