Woman “attacked” outside Manor Hatch shops

A WOMAN has contacted the police and made an allegation of assault outside Manor Hatch shops on Tumbler Road in Harlow.
An Essex Police spokesperson said: “Police were contacted at around 2.15pm on Thursday, October 27 with reports of an assault in Tumbler Road in Harlow.
“It was reported that a woman had been punched by another woman who was aged in her 20s.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident”.
