ESSEX Officers and staff have delivered over 50 Christmas cards to prolific offenders across West Essex in a bid to deter would be offenders during the festive period.
The cards have been sent by officers from CID, Community Policing Teams and Integrated Offender Management teams to prolific offenders in Grays, Epping Forest and Harlow asking, “Will you be having turkey or porridge this Xmas?”
Detective Chief Inspector Jason Hendy devised the cards and has personally signed all of them expressing his hopes not to see each offender in our custody suites during the festive period.
