IN 1974, Becci Court moved from the village of Belchford in Lincolnshire and came to Harlow.

Now, Becci, who works for Harlow Council, is co-ordinating the Harlow is 70 celebrations across the town.

So we dropped into the chambers at the Water Gardens to ask Becci, why she came to Harlow?
