PRINCESS Akowedo, aged 49, of Lower Meadow in Harlow has been fined for fly-tipping.

The charge was as follows:

On 24/08/2016 at Harlow threw down, dropped or otherwise deposited litter, namely household waste /broken furniture and left it in Harlow a place to which section 87 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 applied.

He was fined £160 at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
