Teenager pleads guilty to intimidate Harlow PCSOs

A HARLOW teenager has pleaded guilty to “intimidating and harassing” two Harlow PCSOs.
The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pled guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court on Friday March 17th.
The incident occurred in Harlow Town Centre on November 27th, 2016.
The teenager will be sentenced, along with one other, on Friday March 24th.
