POLICE are appealing for information following a robbery in Harlow.

The victim, a woman in her 50s, was walking along Tilegate Road at around 11pm on Wednesday, April 26 when she felt a tug on her hand bag.

As she turned round she was punched a number of times. She fell to the floor and was then kicked.

Nothing was taken and four people made off from the scene.

The victim suffered injuries to her face and side.
