THROUGOUT 2017, we ran a programme called Harlow is 70: Why They Came Here.

It was a very successful programme. So, with sponsorship from PlacesforPeople, we are continuing the project and asking people: Why did you come to Harlow?

But before we start, we spoke to Harlow historian, David Devine. David had a very busy 2017 and so we asked him to reflect on the year and what he learned.
