Church Langley man fined for breach of bail

A CHURCH LANGLEY man has admitting to failing to register his home address after being released from custody.
Jake Wright, aged 23, of Whieldon Grange, pleaded guilty to the following.
On 01/04/2018 at Harlow, being a relevant offender within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the notification requirements as provided by Part 2 of that Act in that You failed to register your home address within three days of being released from custody.
He was fined £235.00
Wright was re-admitted to conditional bail until May 4th.
Wright is on bail for two alleged offences in relation to possession of cannabis and sending a threatening message on Instagram.
Wright is set to return to court on May 4th at St Alban’s magistrates.
