Man charged with rape in Harlow town centre car park

A MAN has been charged with attempting to rape a woman in Harlow.
A 34-year-old woman reported the incident took place outside Asda in The Water Gardens between 4am and 5am on Saturday, April 19.
Ebbs Artez, 24, of Milwards, Harlow, was arrested and charged with attempted rape.
He appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday, May 21 and was remanded in custody to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on June 18.
Essex Police want to speak to any witnesses who saw a man and a woman walking from outside Twenty One Bar in Post Office Walk to Asda between around 4am and 5pm.
