Wonderful Summer Fete at Katherines Primary Academy

Education: Primary / Sun 1st Jul 2018 at 10:03am

IF you wanted to get a sense of what a feel-good school is, then you could do worse than visit Katherines Primary Academy on the occasion of their Summer Fete.

The fete was opened by Harlow MP, Robert Halfon. By the time, YH turned up, families were flocking in and may we say how friendly and welcoming the ladies on the entrance table were.

We had a good chat with headteacher Annette Graham and executive head of NET Acadmies, Jo Coton.

There was a huge number of stalls and activities. Great dance acts entertained parents in the middle area. For some people, it was great to sit in the sun or the shade and relax.

We were also able to make contact with the Harlow Ju Jitsu Club who we will start reporting on.

All in all, it was a lovely day at Katherines Primary Academy.
