Update: John Munns has been found.

HAVE you seen 34-year-old John Munns who is missing from his home in Harlow?

He left his home around 6.30am yesterday morning, Wednesday, September 5 and was last seen at Boots Pharmacy in the town centre around 3pm.

John is around 5ft 10ins tall, of a medium build with short dark brown hair. He was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms and a grey top, with a beige jacket and black trainers.

Family and officers are worried about John and want to find him to make sure he is ok.

Anyone who has seen him or knows where he might be is asked to contact Harlow Police Station on 101.
