Potter Street man set to stand trial on domestic violence charges

A MAN from Harlow is set to stand trial over a number of charges in relation to domestic violence.
Brett Salisbury, aged 28, of Potter Street, Harlow is charged with the following.
On 02/02/2018 at Harlow, assaulted another, thereby occasioning her, actual bodily harm.
On 29/01/2018 at Harlow assaulted another by beating her.
On 06/07/2018 at Harlow sent by means of a public electronic communications network matter, namely a phone call, that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character.
On 25/09/2018 at Harlow sent by means of a public electronic communications network matter, namely FACEBOOK messages, that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character.
A trial date of October 29th at Chelmsford Crown Court has been set.
Salisbury was refused bail and has been remanded in custody.
He has pleaded not guilty.
