ESSEX Police would like to talk to Daniel Milne, 27, in connection with harassment investigations.

Milne, who uses the aliases Daniel Milen and Danny Milnes, is around 5ft 8ins, has a tattoo on his wrist and a scar on his other wrist.

Milne has links to Woodford Green area.
