A MAN from Harlow has pleaded guilty over an allegation of “revenge porn”.

Ben Mackie, aged 19, of Fullers Mead, Harlow pled guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.

On 14/08/2018 at Hertford disclosed a private sexual photograph or film without the consent of a female, an individual who appeared in the photograph or film, with the intention of causing that individual distress

He was fined £105.00.
Pay compensation of £200.00
Carry out unpaid work for 250 hours within the next twelve months.
He is the subject of a restraining order in relation to said female.
