A message from Harlow Foodbank

A HUGE shoutout and thank you to you for the money you’ve donated.

On Wednesday, yesterday we bought instant mash, tinned meat, rice pudding and sponge puddings from Morrisons, who also gave us a 15% discount.

Without your huge generosity people would not get fed.

We are continuing to meet the needs of the people of Harlow so we have to keep asking for more.

We are continuing to give out more than were receiving so we are having to buy food, as you can see some supermarkets are helping with generous discounts.

They are also donating some food (free).

We send out about 200 boxes a week. Each box has between £8 and £13 pounds of staple food in it. If we are able we then provide some extras and some fresh food.

No one should go hungry. If you are able please support our work by donating. We will continue to buy the food we need to feed those in difficulties.
