A FEW weeks ago, we reported that Harlow Running Club’s Colin Moody had just broken the V70 club record for the marathon. A record that had stood for 20 years.
Colin clocked just over 4 hours. If you know, Colin he would have preferred to have gone under 4 hours but then again, there is always another day.
YH went down to the Mark Hall track to interview Colin. We wanted to interview him as this was not just about athletics but about keeping mind and body active after retirement.
Colin also takes part in Walking Football up in Paringdon Club, Harlow, so we spoke about that.
This interview was in part about celebrating his achievements but also a message for all people in Harlow about coming out of pandemic but also keeping active.
Thank you to Harlow Running Club for facilitating the interview.
