FOLLOWING their 100km Running Challenge in February, The U15’s were taken on a tour of the Havens Hospice grounds and shown what their fundraising efforts contribute to.
A total of £6353 was raised by the team, this amount would pay for two months worth of Musical Therapy for the Hospice.
The players then presented a Bespoke Harlow Rugby Shirt to staff member Ginny with the Hospices’ logo on.
Coach Ian Rundall said: “It was great to visit the hospice this morning. We were inspired by @rudysw0rld to run the challenge in February and were delighted to raise the amount that we did and thank everyone for their generosity.
“The players demonstrated all the disciplines and core values we teach at Harlow to complete the 100km and I’m extremely proud of them, as I am of all my players”
