Cooks Spinney Deputy Head honoured with Civic Award

THE DEPUTY Head of a popular Harlow school was honoured with a Civic Award on Thursday night.
The awards are given out annually at the first meeting in the new council year at the Water Gardens.
Cooks Spinney Deputy Head, Dean Beaumont was nominated by his boss, Headteacher, Neil Stirrat.
As well as a deputy head, he is also a special constable.
