It makes no difference at all where an incident on the road occurs in Harlow. Grid lock is always a consequence, Only way to aleviate the grid lock. Yellow hatches on all the main roundabouts and enforcement, especially since J7a open traffic entering Harlow from all angles. And remove the redundant signs miss informing of diversions and Closed junctions M11
