Harlow man made subject to seven year sexual harm prevention order

A HARLOW man has been subject to a seven year sexual harm prevention order.
Bobby Hunter, aged 30, of No Fixed Abode, Harlow was made subject to the order after an application was made at Basildon magistrates court.

The order refers to a number of restrictions including unsupervised contact, in a number of forms including online modes of communication.
They also include:
A restriction in acquiring and using any account on a chat application, social media network, or dating website / application unless he has notified a Police Monitoring Officer for the area in which he resides within three days of creation / first use and makes the account available for inspection, including provision of relevant PINs/passwords.
Forming a relationship with any female under the age of 25 without notifying a Police Monitoring Officer for the area in which he resides within three days of the commencement of that relationship.
Hunter was also ordered to pay costs of £284.00 to Essex Police.
