Harlow man pleads guilty to driving drunk whilst disqualified

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving whilst disqualified.
Daniel Hampton, aged 36, of Redstart Drive, Gilden Park, Harlow pled in relation to the following charges at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On June 9th 2026, on Tripton Road in Harlow, you drove a Citroen DS3 at Harlow, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath namely 69 micro grammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath exceeded the prescribed limit.
On June 9th on Tripton Road in Harlow, you drove a Citroen DS3 at Harlow, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
Hampton was remanded on unconditional bail. His next appearance is on August 3rd, 2026.
