HARLOW Rugby Club impressed in their first league game of the season with an emphatic victory by 45-19 against Braintree.

Having just gained promotion, this may be a season full of fresh challenges.

However, this is also a restructured league system.

Harlow scored within a minute and never looked back, building up a big lead by half time.

All of Braintree’s points came late in the second half.
