A HOST of community organisations came together as part fo the Great Get Together at Harlow Town Park.

It was organised by Kelly Tarling and her team at Rainbow Services and supported by many local business.

HTS & Jewson supported by paying for the face painters and the tea and coffee stall so that everyone could enjoy these services FREE all day. The facepainting stall proved very popular again you can see by the queues in the attached photo!

HTS hosted a free Tombola stall which was mobbed by all the kids again, they love it!

They also had additional HTS toilet attendants on both the male and female toilets all day to keep everything ship shape for everyone!

The Harlow Playhouse staff came to set up the bandstand early in the morning and lent all of their equipment out so the performers could be heard and Harlow Hospital Radio kept everyone going with their music and commentary in between live performers.

There were three lots of entertainment throughout the day. One was a dance teacher getting everyone up to try out some dance moves; there was diverse performing arts show team pupils that performed a variety of musical theatre pieces and pop song and dances, and a faith group who really got the place rocking.

The atmosphere was great and there were so many families out picnicking, watching the performances together.
