THE HARLOW parkrun came together on Saturday morning to observe a minute’s silence for all those who gave their lives in conflict.

Appropriately, the run is held every Saturday close to the Netteswell Memorial in Harlow Town Park.

Many of the runners wore either black or red as a mark of respect.

Thank you to Sara Coombe and the whole team for organised a very dignified event.
