HARLOW Art Trust is still calling out to artists for the Harlow Open 24.

The Open Exhibition 2024 at the Gibberd Gallery can be entered by any artist who was born, studied, currently resides or is working in Harlow, Uttlesford, East Herts, Epping and Broxbourne districts.
