BBC Radio 4 visits Harlow Sculpture Town

Events / Sun 17th Mar 2024 at 08:59am

OUR friends at BBC Sculpture Town were visited by the Front Row team at BBC Sculpture Town.

A spokesperson said: “It was fantastic to welcome award winning journalist, writer and broadcaster Samira Ahmed and super experienced producer, Julian May, to Harlow on a very wet February day.

“The rain did not deter them from visiting and recording at Contrapuntal FormsChironMinerva and in the Gibberd Gallery.

Many thanks to artists Irena Posner and Jordan Cook coming along to join Programme Director, Catherine Mummery,  for interviews on the day.

Special thanks to Contrapuntal Forms neighbours and a family visiting Harlow Town Park and Minerva for taking up the invitation to be recorded to say a few words. .

The edited item will be broadcast on  Front Row on BBC Radio 4 during the show broadcast from 7.15pm to 8.00 pm on Tuesday 19 March and then on BBC Sounds afterwards.
