ASSISTANT COOK REQUIRED AT THE DOWNS PRIMARY REQUIRED ASAP

WE are seeking to appoint an Assistant Cook to lead with the preparation, service of food and cleaning of premises / equipment.

All applicants must be able to work in a busy ever-changing environment, work well under pressure and have a good sense of humour.

Experience of working in a school environment and a Food Hygiene level 2 qualification would be an advantage however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

25 hours per week (Monday – Friday) – days and times to be confirmed at interview
39 working weeks (44.7 paid weeks)

Salary: Scale 3 point 5 – £14,011.76 pro rata per annum (including fringe allowance)
Fixed Term Contract: To cover long term sickness
Closing date: Friday 12th April 2024
