EYFS APPRENTICE REQUIRED 

WE are seeking to appoint an Apprentice to work in our EYFS Classroom, supporting four and five Year olds at The Downs Primary School and Nursery. 

You will be school based for 4 days per week and attend college for 1 day a week.  Whilst in school your duties will include:

• Setting up the learning environment
• Working with groups of children in learning activities
• Supporting individual pupils with SEND or who have English as an additional language
• Supporting child initiated play
• Supervising children at the start and end of the day
• Supporting toileting
• Supporting assessments by making observations

30 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

39 working weeks per year (44.7 paid weeks)

Salary: £14,275.93 pro rata per annum (£7.40 per hour)
