Join Reverend Christian Okeke for a conversation on grieving

Charity / Thu 2nd May 2024 at 12:44pm

LATER this month, Reverend Christian Okeke will be hosting a series of “grieving sessions” at the Harlow Hotel on Southern Way in Harlow.

There are full details on the poster but we wanted to find out a little bit more.

Many will know Rev. Okeke as the chaplain at Princess Alexandra Hospital as well as from St James in Staple Tye.

So we went down to the Harlow Hotel, to speak to Rev. Okeke.

A fantastic initiative, and driven by an unselfish passionate individual. “A part of your loved one lives in you and all those he loved.” “Be as kind to yourself as you are to everyone else.” “You will never get over it but you will get through it.” “There is no right way or wrong way to grieve. You are in very good hands 🙌
