Pre-Season Friendly: Harlow 17 v 17 Hertford

HARLOW’S pre-season preparations continued as they faced Ware-based Hertford on Thursday evening at Latton Park.

Harlow took the opportunity to blood a number of younger players in what was a great experience for them.

They led going into the second half and then absorbed a great deal of pressure from a very impressive Hertford back division.

Harlow countered with a wonderful piece of forward pack work that if repeated during the season that will stand them in good stread.

Hertford came back at the end and the draw felt like the right result.
