GPs strike deal to help end ‘8am scramble’ for appointments
Health / Sat 1st Mar 2025 at 04:15am

PATIENTS will be able to book more appointments online and request to see their usual doctor under a new contract agreed with England’s GPs, the government has said reports the BBC.
The deal gives an extra £889m a year to general practices, as well as a reduction in red tape and targets that ministers hope will mean doctors are freed up to see more patients.
GPs are SO GREEDY - Always saying they won’t do this or they won’t do that without more money - GPs let the rest of the NHS down
You'll be lucky to see a GP these days. I haven't seen mine in years, always fobbed off with a paramedic. Doctors no longer see patients the are now all "PARTNERS"
