THE Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), in partnership with X-Forces Enterprise (XFE), is proud to announce the launch of a new virtual networking series tailored for the Armed Forces business community.

The inaugural event, scheduled for Thursday 20 March 2025 from 10:00am to 11:00am GMT, will be hosted by Ren Kapur MBE, Founder and CEO of XFE. As a social entrepreneur and British Army Reservist herself, Ren is excited about this unique collaboration:

“By providing a platform to exchange knowledge, build connections, and foster a supportive entrepreneurial environment, we are aiming to unite business owners from the military community across the UK. Whether you’re a seasoned business owner or new to networking, this event offers an inclusive space to grow and learn”.

Participants will be able to engage in breakout sessions, designed to facilitate meaningful discussions, share experiences, and explore collaborative opportunities within the military business community.

The inaugural event will see keynote speaker, Suzanne Brock, share her inspiring journey of resilience and reinvention, offering valuable insights into entrepreneurship after military service. From her groundbreaking career in the British Army to founding Nutriment Ltd, a multimillion-pound international pet food business, Suzanna’s story will demonstrate how to forge one’s own path, and the flexibility needed to adapt to life’s changes.
