Harlow man found guilty of dangerous dog and offensive weapon charges

A HARLOW man has been found guilty of a number of offences in relation to possession of dangerous dogs and offensive weapons.
According to court papers, Adeleye Edun, aged 34. of Longbanks, Harlow did not attend at the hearing at Chelmsford magistrates court.

He has been found guilty of the following.
On May 15th, 2024, in Harlow had in your possession or custody a dog to which section 1 of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 applied, namely XL Bully.
On May 15th, 2024, possessed in private, namely 190 Pittsman Field, Harlow, a weapon to which section 141 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 applied, namely Knuckle Duster
On May 15th, 2024, possessed in private, namely 190 Pittmans Field, Harlow, a weapon to which section 141 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 applied, namely ASP.
The case has been adjourned until March 31st, 2025 in order to give Edun an opportunity to attend with medical evidence and show why unable to attend court on January 20th.
