PLEASE join us for this free event as we talk about all things mental health and try to normalise mental health and to remove the taboos stigmas and shame which sometimes gets attached to mental health illness 

This Monday 24th March Aaron will continue to share his story and this week will be focusing also on the importance of self care.

Aaron will be joined by Mind West Essex who will have an awareness table. Speaking alongside Aaron will be James Place, a mens suicide intervention charity.

They also have a psychotherapist who specialises in trauma based mental health and also the manager of Harlow Foodbank who looks at the effects of poverty on people’s mental health 

These are interactive talks so there is also a time to have your say with a q&a session
