MI Hair & Beauty Training Academy and Gottschalk Plant Hire have become the latest local champions to sponsor Yellow Brick Rd, the Harlow‑based Community Interest Company dedicated to providing free one‑to‑one tuition for disadvantaged secondary pupils.

Yellow Brick Rd raises private donations to fund high‑quality tutoring in local schools, helping to close the attainment gap that widened after the pandemic. Sponsorship is vital: Government tuition funding has ended, yet 25.2 % of disadvantaged pupils still fail to achieve a grade 5 at GCSE compared with 52.4 % of their peers.

Mi Hair & Beauty Training Academy trains the next generation of hair and beauty professionals while serving clients from its salon and academy in Harlow.

Gottschalk Plant Hire supplies machinery to building and landscaping projects across Essex and Hertfordshire, priding itself on dependable equipment and advice.
