A HARLOW man has been charged with blackmail, actual bodily harm and possession of a firearm.

Ryan Webb, aged 49 , The Hides, Harlow appeared at Chelmsford magistrates court in relation to the following.

On October 18th 2025, with a view to gain for yourself or another or with intent to cause loss to another, made an unwarranted demand of money from a male with menaces.

On October 18th 2025, had in your possession a firearm namely an air weapon air weapon, with intent to enable a male, by means thereof to cause said male, to believe that unlawful violence would be used against him or another.

On October 18th 2025, at Harlow, attempted to assault a male, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm.

His next scheduled appearance is on November 17th, 2025, at Chelmsford Crown Court.
