SINCE he took over as headteacher at Little Parndon Primary, Luke Wildig has overseen great improvements.

So much so, that he is now executive head of Cooks Spinney Primary as well.

We interviewed Mr Wildig in October 2023, so two years later, we went to the school to see how things were progressing.

We understand that Ofsted may be due. It will be interesting to see what the government inspectors say.

For us journalists, any school that has a book vending machine in reception, must have learning and th joy of reading at its core.
