ON Friday afternoon, Stewards Academy held their annual celebration of culture and diversity.

The afternoon began in the dining room, with a selection of foods from across the world. From Ghana to Bulgaria to India.

After that, a packed hall was entertained with dancing, fashion and flags from around the world.

If there is one event that highlights what a diverse community Stewards Academy is, then this is it.

And likewise, it also reflects what a diverse community we have here in Harlow.

The school also produced a film where dozens of staff and students spoke in other languages. From Polish, Spanish, Italian, Urdu and Irish to name just a few.
