POLICE are investigating an attempted robbery that happened on Long Green Road, Nazeing, on Monday 17 November at around 11:15pm.

A woman in her 20s was approached by someone who demanded she handover her handbag.

A police spokesperson said: “We believe this is a busy route and that several drivers may have been travelling through Bumbles Green towards Waltham Abbey, or from Waltham Abbey towards Harlow, around this time.

If you were in the area and have dash cam footage, CCTV, or any other information that could help, please get in touch. Your footage could be vital to our investigation.
