ON Monday morning, local policing team officers were called to a report of an RTC on Southern Way, Harlow between a car and lorry.

Whilst on scene it was discovered that the car was actually SORN and the driver had no insurance.

Vehicle was seized for no insurance and driver reported for traffic offences.
