North Weald residents invited to discuss future of Local Government re-organisation

NORTH Weald Parish residents are invited to an Extraordinary Meeting of North Weald Bassett Parish Council at The Parish Hall, Weald Hall Lane, Thornwood Common, at 7.30pm on Monday, December 15, to discuss the future of Local Government Reorganisation in Essex and Devolution.
Residents will be able to ask questions at the start of the meeting under the item ‘Questions from members of the public’.

This meeting is one of the benefits of having a Parish Council, which of course is not part of the District Council. I hope many residents attend this meeting. It is a shame Harlow Council has not been bold enough to hold meetings across the Town so that residents here could have the same opportunity to express their views. How about it Cllr Swords?
