HARLOW Town Football Club has been put up for sale. The club, established in 1879, was put into administration last week.

An advert has been placed on www.dealopportunities.co.uk

It describes the possible deal as “a unique opportunity for investors, football stakeholders, or strategic partners to acquire an operational football club with an established supporter base, facilities, and ongoing league participation.

“The club is currently subject to a formal Administration process, providing a structured sale framework with the objective of maximising realisations for creditors.

It states further:

Interested parties will be required to:

Submit financial forecasts demonstrating the ability to fund the Club for a minimum period of 12 months

Provide evidence of funding in excess of £500,000

Execute a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
