Harlow teenager pleads guilty to riding e-bike in Harvey Centre

A HARLOW teenager has been charged with a number of offences including assault, drug possession and riding an e-bike through the Harvey Centre.

Akonedo Oluwayemi, aged 18, of Lower Meadow, Harlow was charged with the following.
On August 31st, 2025 at Harlow, assaulted a male.
On November 17th, 2025 in Harlow assaulted a male.
On November 27th, 2025 at Harlow, drove an e-bike, on a public place, Harvey Centre Shopping Centre without due care and attention. He has pleaded guilty to this.
On November 26th, 2025, had in your possession cannabis.
He has been remanded on conditional bail. The next appearance is scheduled on July 20th, 2026 at Chelmsford magistrates court.

I actually saw this guy weaving in and around shoppers in the HC. Usual wanna be gangster garb and total disregard for others. Another brainless moron who`s life is going nowhere.
We need to get all these useless wasters, druggies, wannabe yobs and delinquents in military style camps with iron rod discipline doing manual labour, refuse clearing and genuine community service to learn discipline, personal hygiene and respect. We are too soft.
