IT is just a week until the St Clare Hospice 10K.
The 6.2 mile run/walk/jog/wheel is a lovely journey around Hastingwood, Magdalen Laver countryside.
It is superbly organised and marshalled.
There is a great community spirit.
Most importantly, it is an opportunity to raise vital funds for our hospice.
